Through a combination of strategy, expertise, and creativity, you will be joining the team as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant to accelerate operational, digital, and cultural transformation, enabling the change needed for clients to own their future. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance. - Understand clients" financial processes and configure Workday solutions to meet their needs. - Ensure a smooth deployment and implementation of Workday Finance. - Assign and manage project tasks based on skills, experience, and growth areas. - Develop packaged solutions for efficient configuration. - Ensure accurate deliverables and timely task completion. Qualifications Required: - 3 - 6 years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a proven record of successful implementations. - Workday Finance certification (P2P) and strong expertise in modules like Procurement, Supplier accounts, and Financial Reporting. - Hands-on experience with the full implementation lifecycle including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. - Strong understanding of Workday Finance best practices, business processes, and reporting (calculated fields are a plus). - Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills. - Any additional certifications in other Workday modules will be a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.,
