Workday Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a qualified candidate for the position, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks: - Analyze, format, and prepare data for loading into Workday. - Create reports to validate and ensure data accuracy. - Support configuration and testing of data-driven processes. - Interpret data trends and provide insights. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Workday reporting including Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports. - Experience with EIBs, Calculated Fields, Excel, and SQL. - Previous experience with data migration and reconciliation. - Workday Finance experience is preferred. Qualifications Required: - The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Workday reporting tools such as Advanced, Composite, and Matrix reports. - Experience with EIBs, Calculated Fields, Excel, and SQL. - Previous experience in data migration and reconciliation. - Workday Finance experience is preferred.
