Workday Data Analyst

As a Workday Data Analyst at Barclays, you will embark on a transformative journey committed to pushing boundaries. Your role will involve enabling HR Strategy by fostering a comprehensive understanding of data usage, providing thought leadership on best practices, and delivering business outcomes. You will lead data initiatives to ensure effective and efficient use of data for informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency improvement, and generating business value. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Workday functional knowledge and hands-on experience. - Mobilize, lead, and manage multiple priorities/projects effectively to ensure high delivery standards. - Build trust through credible use of data, creatively resolve problems, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. - Understand HR products and technology, with a practical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. Additional Valued Skills: - Exposure to Workday Prism and Data Architecture. - Experience/understanding of ETL processes. - Familiarity with chatbots and similar technologies. - Knowledge of Python or equivalent programming language. - Experience working with Qlik Sense or equivalent data visualization tool. Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to mobilize and lead multiple projects effectively. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Understanding of HR products and technology. - Practical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
