Workday Data Analyst

The responsibilities for this person will include:

• Data reconciliation of onboarding info with background checks and CVs- go through onboarding in Workday and populates new hires education and previous career history, then double checks
• that against their HireRight background check and their CV.
• To make minor edits to the person's Workday profile to correct the info they inputted during their
• onboarding based on what comes back in HireRight and on their CV dates of prior roles,
• education history, etc.
• Data personnel updates: admin assistant, telephone number, seat locations, etc. for new hires.
• Job requisition maintenance in Workday.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduation degree with Prior experience in Workday tool.
• 2-3 years of HR or related Administration experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ideal candidate is a resourceful team player, proactive and willing to manage and execute
• multiple competing priorities
