Workday Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the Pune team as a data informatics analyst at a company that values fun and teamwork. Your main focus will be partnering with WoW data analysts to support business partners and solve data-related issues within Workdays Core Applications. As an analyst, you will work with a team of innovative business system analysts to enhance the Workday experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal partners to identify and clarify business requirements, translating them into efficient reports and configurations. - Use datasets across Workday and other applications to investigate key business trends, behaviors, and metrics. - Build organization-wide relationships to drive initiatives forward and improve support models. - Develop technical expertise in Workday technologies, such as reporting and analytics frameworks. - Demonstrate business knowledge to uncover process gaps and formulate improvement plans. - Participate in organizational change and launch support processes. - Coordinate system testing to ensure requirements are met and contribute to documentation and organization of analytics tooling. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Workday Advance Reporting (mandatory). - 2+ years of experience with Workday Prism. - 5+ years of supporting resolutions to business operations incidents. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Expertise in communicating data to various audiences and establishing positive relationships within the organization. - Experience working in an agile environment.,
