Responsibilities Role: Manager Job Location: Bangalore Job Requirement - Workday certified, minimum 9+ years workday experience and ability to work on multiple projects with Workday Core Certification. - Workday Integration Certification is Must. - Functional experience in Workday HCM modules is mandatory. - Ability to help customers resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions. - Must have strong integration experience and should be able to lead design/requirements sessions, develop and test complex Integrations independently. - Should have hands-on experience with Cloud connectors, Core connectors, EIB, DT, WD Studios, Web Services(REST/SOAP/WSDL), custom fields, calculated fields, advance reports, BIRT, XML, XSLT. - Should have detailed knowledge of Business Process Configurations, Security, ISU/ISSG. - Must be able to resolve incidents and provide production support. - Knowledge on migration using I-Loads or I-Load helper. - Experience on building Advance, Matrix, Composite, BIRT Reports with ability to switch between FIN & HCM requirements. - Understanding of various HCM and FIN modules would be preferred. You should be a certified professional with experience in Core HCM and compensation modules of Workday. Your role will involve working on critical incidents related to these modules, resolving issues by analyzing and creating calculation logics, and participating in the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to testing. You will be responsible for gathering requirements for new enhancements, proposing ideas for process improvement, and supporting deployment activities including implementation and hyper care. Your expertise should include knowledge of HCM and related topics for support incidents, compensation configuration, hire to retire business process, supervisory organization setups, and understanding the impact of business process changes. You should have experience in EIB loads and data conversion, handling business process issues, configuring documents, creating text blocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts, and Dashboards. Additionally, you should be familiar with handling security issues and reporting experience, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports mainly focused on HCM and compensation reporting. Experience in HCM/Compensation related Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and creating visual reports based on client requirements will be an added advantage.,

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Workday HCM module, Job family, Position Management, and Global Hire process design. They should possess expertise in different business process management, including condition rule creation and business process policy management. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in creating Time off types, Accrual calculation, prorated time off calculation, and absence types. Moreover, the individual will be responsible for supporting Workday compensation-related issues and the annual merit process. They should also have experience configuring time tracking and extending it to different countries, as well as creating time calculations based on specific requirements for different regions. In terms of documentation, the candidate must be adept at creating business and process documentation while adhering to current processes and suggesting improvements where necessary. Furthermore, they will contribute to creating configuration documents and global process documentation. The skills required for this role include proficiency in Workday Studio integration, an advanced understanding of object-oriented architecture, and experience with functional programming in Java or XML for creating custom connectors. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of various report types such as Advance, Matrix, and Composite reports, as well as the ability to create and utilize different Calculated fields.
