About the Role:

Workday Finance Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the

  implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance

   of Workday Financial Management modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expenses, and Procurement).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Workday.
• Develop, test, and deploy

  custom financial reports, dashboards, and analytics

   in Workday to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and provide end-user support to enhance adoption and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, and Business Operations) to ensure seamless data integration and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices for Workday Finance solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience

   as a Workday Finance Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in

  Workday Financials implementation, configuration, and support

  .
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience developing

  Workday financial reports, dashboards, and analytics

  .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Financials Certification.
• Experience in Workday Integrations (e.g., Studio, EIB, or other middleware).
• Background in ERP financial systems and prior consulting experience.
• Exposure to global finance operations and compliance requirements.
