Workday Finance Consultant

As a Specialist Workday Finance Consultant at NiCE, you will be an integral part of the Finance Sustainment team. Your role will involve maintaining FDM and Financial Accounting, executing tasks within timelines, analyzing data accuracy, supporting report creation based on business needs, and handling additional ad hoc projects. Collaboration with different teams and systems is crucial to ensure alignment with the system design and functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain FDM and Financial Accounting - Execute tasks within specified timelines - Analyze data accuracy - Support report creation based on business needs - Handle additional ad hoc projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or information systems - 7 - 10 years of relevant experience - Clear understanding of Financial Accounting - Experience supporting Accounting/Finance/FP&A teams - Background in a multi-system environment Having a systems and business processes-oriented mindset, the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, strong Excel skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with Workday ERP and Oracle ERP are advantageous for this role.
