Workday Finance Consultant

Role Overview: As a Specialist Workday Finance Consultant at NiCE, you will be an integral part of the Finance Sustainment team. Your role will involve maintaining FDM and Financial Accounting, analyzing data accuracy, supporting report creation based on business needs, and handling additional ad hoc projects. You will work closely with different teams and systems to ensure alignment with the system design and functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain FDM and Financial Accounting - Execute tasks within specified timelines - Analyze data accuracy - Support report creation based on business requirements - Handle additional ad hoc projects - Collaborate with different teams and systems to ensure alignment with system design and functionality Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or information systems - 7-10 years of relevant experience - Clear understanding of Financial Accounting - Experience supporting Accounting/Finance/FP&A teams - Background in a multi-system environment - Systems and business processes-oriented mindset - Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Strong Excel skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Experience with Workday ERP and Oracle ERP would be advantageous About the Company: NiCE Ltd.
