Job Description

As an experienced Workday Finance consultant with 3 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Workday solutions focusing on the finance module to enhance business processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensuring the integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members to ensure best practices are followed. - Overseeing the development and testing of Workday configurations to meet business needs. - Monitoring and troubleshooting Workday applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues promptly. - Developing and maintaining documentation for Workday processes and configurations. - Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Workday solutions. - Staying updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements. - Participating in project planning and execution for timely delivery of Workday solutions. - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday. - Analyzing business requirements and providing recommendations for Workday enhancements. - Supporting the finance and accounting teams with insights and solutions aligned with their objectives. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong understanding of Workday, particularly in the finance module. - Background in finance and accounting to effectively support related business processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. - Proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations for future reference. - Adaptability to changing business needs and ability to recommend appropriate Workday solutions.,
