Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance consultant with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday particularly in the finance module and a strong background in finance and accounting. This hybrid role requires collaboration across teams to design and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions focusing on the finance module to enhance business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members ensuring best practices are followed.
Oversee the development and testing of Workday configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
Monitor and troubleshoot Workday applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues promptly.
Develop and maintain documentation for Workday processes and configurations to support ongoing operations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are equipped to utilize Workday solutions effectively.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday.
Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for Workday enhancements.
Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions that align with their objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Workday particularly in the finance module.
Have a background in finance and accounting to effectively support related business processes.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations for future reference.
Be adaptable to changing business needs and able to recommend appropriate Workday solutions.
