As a member of Agilysis, a U.S. based IT consulting firm specializing in Workday solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' Workday Finance projects. Your expertise is vital in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from their investments in Workday. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively understand their requirements, goals, and identify any existing gaps in processes. - Take the lead in planning, prioritizing, designing, developing, and deploying Workday Finance projects. - Demonstrate specialized knowledge in the Record to Report area within Workday Finance. - Assist clients in mapping their legacy and Workday data, and proficiently handle data conversions using EIB's. - Apply your business acumen to recognize areas for process enhancement and improvement. - Work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse domains to achieve project objectives, taking accountability for both individual and team outcomes. - Embody and uphold the company's purpose and values, integrating them into your projects and interactions with clients. - Cultivate relationships and employ effective communication to positively influence peers and stakeholders. **Qualifications:** - Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials. - Previous involvement in the implementation/support of Financials within a sizable organization characterized by a complex structure. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or showcase equivalent work experience. - Proficient in configuring Workday Finance security. - Have a foundational understanding of Workday Finance reporting. - Exhibit strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams. - Show excellent attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through on tasks.
