Who are we looking for?

Workday Finance Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Financials business processes and reporting.
• Work on at least one full life cycle implementation (testing, data conversion, integration testing).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports.
• Evaluate new Workday features and releases, driving automation and reducing manual processes.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide best-in-class support using ticketing systems and enterprise collaboration tools.

Technical Skills

• 5+ years in

  Workday Financials

  .
• Strong knowledge of Supplier Management, AR/AP, GL, CM, Journal Entries, Company & Cost Center setup.
• Functional testing, data conversion, and integration testing.
• Experience with financial systems design, deployment, and support.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Behavioral Skills

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including C-level interactions.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to deliver in dynamic environments.
• Passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications such as CGA or CPA are a plus.
