Requirements: Proven experience with relevant development or engineering experience or combination of education, training and experience Proven experience with integration/reporting development work in a global Workday application suite Integration experience with Prism, Accounting Center, Procurement and Extend Experienced in inbound/outbound integrations using Cloud Connect, Document Transformation Connectors, EIBs, RaaS, and Workday Studio Experienced with Workday Standard Reports, Custom Reports, PRISM, Calculated Fields, XML, XSLT, XPATH, Web Services and Workday Studio Integrations Experience with ETL & SQL concepts Experience with developing integrations using web service SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSLT, JSON on the Workday platform Experience with Calculated Field functions and usage of Calculated Fields in Advanced and Matrix Reports, experience with Composite Reports. Detailed understanding of Business Objects, Fields, Data Sources and Related Business Objects of Workday Experience with Workday Configurable Security including creation of Security Groups and maintenance of Workday Domain Security Policies and Business Security Policies Experience with business analysis, issues analysis, requirement gathering/documentation, design/implement solutions in Workday? Advanced English level Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Lead functional & technical architectural work for Workday Prism implementation. Perform technical integration/reporting work for Workday Prism implementation. Perform technical integration/report work for other Workday HCM & FINS integrations. Analyze & document complex technical requirements. Perform configuration duties as assigned.

Effectively communicate learnings to Business in order to drive necessary responses and action. Support the businesses with identifying potential solutions to make a process more efficient and apply possible technology solutions to achieve straight through processing Engage technology partners where needed to implement changes and control implementations Supporting assessment reviews aimed at identifying gaps to policy and standards, defining further improvement opportunities, trainings and best practices reviews with regional team Acts as SME to senior stakeholders andor other team members. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
