Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for domestic (C2H) or contract staffing IT requirements.
Understand and analyze client requirements (technical skills, experience, salary, and job location).
Source candidates through various channels
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, headhunting, and social media
.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial interviews
to assess candidates technical fit, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate
salary and joining dates
with selected candidates.
Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker
and database of potential candidates.
Ensure timely
offer rollouts and onboarding
of selected candidates.
Stay updated with
IT market trends
, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with
experience in IT recruitment for domestic clients
(not US/UK staffing).
Those who have worked with
IT consulting firms, software development companies, or recruitment agencies
.
Individuals comfortable handling
multiple technical positions
simultaneously.
Recruiters with
hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
.
Candidates who can
join immediately or within a short notice period
.
Must be good in communication.
