Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Act as the
bridge between client hiring managers and the RPO team
.
Understand detailed hiring requirements from stakeholders.
Participate in hiring manager meetings, workforce planning sessions, and intake calls.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate closely with:

Hiring managers
HR Business Partners
Compensation & Benefits teams
Background verification teams

Provide
daily/weekly updates
and
real-time hiring insights
.

Candidate Engagement

Ensure a
positive candidate experience
during interviews and pre-onboarding.
Represent the
clients brand and culture
while interacting with candidates.

Interview Scheduling & Follow-Up

Align interviewers’ calendars, schedule interviews, and collect feedback.
Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce hiring delays.

Offer & Onboarding Support

Manage offer negotiation, document collection, and follow-up until joining.
Work closely with onboarding and BGV teams to ensure compliance.

Market Intelligence

Share insights on:

Competitor hiring patterns
