Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates for various IT roles.

Client Interaction:

Act as the face of recruitment on-site, attending daily client calls and handling requirement discussions and hiring updates.

Sourcing Expertise:

Leverage job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referrals, job postings, and social platforms to source qualified candidates.

Interview & Drive Coordination:

Coordinate weekly
Saturday hiring drives
, managing logistics, interview schedules, and candidate engagement.

Candidate Management:

Ensure consistent communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Reporting & Documentation:

Work with the MIS team to maintain trackers and generate reports for submissions, interviews, offers, and joiners.

Requirements:

Experience:
2–5 years of IT recruitment (RPO or client-facing experience preferred)
Location:
Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
Technical Hiring Exposure:
Java, .Net, DevOps, Testing, Full Stack, and other IT roles
Tools:
Familiar with ATS, Excel, job portals, and sourcing techniques
Skills:

Strong communication & stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR
Prior experience in RPO, staffing, or onsite recruitment roles
