Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for IT and technical positions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from candidate outreach and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
[X]+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
