Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirements, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates scheduling interviews. Formulate and implement a strategic sourcing strategy to locate, engage and attract prospective candidates. Good knowledge in Naukri portal and other online job portals which includes the main part of recruitment. Scheduled and followed up interviews to place candidate into our hiring process, while maintaining communication to advise the hiring manager. Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the department managers. Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly candidate database.
