Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring mandates within defined timelines.
  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    for domestic technical hiring, with a strong focus on

    C2H and permanent positions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and feedback to ensure smooth coordination and satisfaction.
  • Track team performance and provide coaching/mentorship to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high-quality standards in hiring.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership review.
