Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring mandates within defined timelines.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for domestic technical hiring, with a strong focus on
C2H and permanent positions
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
Develop sourcing strategies through portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and networking.
Manage client interactions, updates, and feedback to ensure smooth coordination and satisfaction.
Track team performance and provide coaching/mentorship to achieve recruitment targets.
Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high-quality standards in hiring.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership review.
