Team Leader – IT Recruitment

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and SLAs.
• End-to-end management of the IT recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Allocate tasks to the team and monitor daily/weekly performance.
• Handle client communication, understand job requirements, and ensure quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Train, mentor, and upskill team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage candidate pipelines, database updates, and reporting using ATS or CRM tools.
• Work on niche and senior-level IT mandates when required.
• Provide timely updates and reports to senior management on team performance and client delivery.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum

  4 years

  of experience in

  IT recruitment

  , with at least

  1–2 years in a team lead role

• Strong experience in

  sourcing from portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster

  , and other platforms.
• Good understanding of

  IT technologies, roles, and current hiring trends

• Proven experience in

  client interaction and relationship management

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with

  ATS, CRM systems

• Graduation is a must; MBA/PG in HR will be an added advantage.
