Lead Technical Recruiter

This is a high-impact role for a driven, self-starting recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments. Youll work closely with engineering leadership to define hiring needs, shape our employer brand, and design recruiting strategies that bring exceptional technical talent to Rise.

The day-to-day

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles across multiple teams and functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define job requirements, and advise on talent strategy.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess both skill and culture fit.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and continuously improve our hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen Rises employer brand in Indias tech

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS or product-focused environment.
• Proven success hiring engineers in India across software development, DevOps, QA, or product roles.
• Strong understanding of technical stacks, especially modern web technologies (Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, etc.).
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields strongly preferred.
• Experience using modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bonus: Experience building recruiting processes or leading a small team.
• Bonus: Exposure to North American or global hiring environments.
