Lead Technical Recruiter

— ByteSimplified (Hyderabad / Remote)

“Making Computer Science Simplified, One Byte at a Time.”

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter (8+ years)

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions.
Partner closely with senior leadership to define hiring strategy and talent roadmaps.
Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies across India and global markets.
Strengthen ByteSimplified’s employer brand through talent marketing and campus initiatives.
Evaluate technical candidates with informed insights into software development practices and systems design.
Mentor a small recruiting team, establish clear metrics, and drive operational excellence in hiring processes.
