Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in data integration, particularly using Informatica. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable solutions for connecting Salesforce to various internal and external applications. You will leverage your expertise in both Salesforce and Informatica to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across systems. Responsibilities: Salesforce Integration Design and Development: Develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other applications using various integration patterns and tools. Utilize Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), Apex, and other relevant technologies to achieve integration requirements. Configure and customize Salesforce integration features, such as outbound messaging, callouts, and platform events. Informatica Integration: Leverage Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud Data Integration (ICDI) to build and manage data integration processes with Salesforce. Develop Informatica mappings, workflows, and tasks to extract, transform, and load data between Salesforce and other systems. Optimize Informatica integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. Endpoint Connections and Application Integration: Establish and manage connections to various applications, including databases, ERP systems, legacy systems, and cloud-based platforms. Implement data mapping and transformation logic to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing plans. Support the deployment of integration solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Provide post-deployment support and maintenance. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-4 + years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer. Strong experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including APIs, Apex, and data integration patterns. Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud Data Integration (ICDI). Proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex data integration solutions. Experience with various application integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, HTTP, FTP). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer). Informatica certifications. Experience with other integration platforms or middleware.
