Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening:

• Utilize various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to source qualified candidates.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing company insights and role expectations.

Candidate Management:

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment life cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
