As a HR Recruiter Fresher at our leading recruitment agency in Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with clients and candidates for interviews, maintaining candidate database and recruitment records, posting job openings on various portals and social media platforms, supporting the HR team in day-to-day administrative and recruitment tasks, and learning and growing in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
