Job Description

As an

HR Fresher

, your role is to support the HR team in executing employee engagement initiatives, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentability, and coordination skills to foster a positive and engaging work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct employee engagement activities and cultural events.
Support in designing and implementing creative initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and general coordination.
Provide support in recruitment activities, including sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews as and when needed.
Collect feedback from employees on events/initiatives and share insights for improvements.
Ensure effective communication of HR announcements and activities across teams.
Maintain records and reports of HR engagement programs.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and coordination abilities.
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude towards engagement activities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes is a plus.

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
