HR Operations Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding and exit formalities (documents, ID, assets, FNF support)
  • Coordinate with payroll team for attendance, leaves, and salary inputs
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift details
  • Support HR policies implementation and employee queries
  • Assist in compliance documentation and audits
  • Coordinate interviews and HR operational activities
  • Maintain MIS reports and trackers
  • Handle HR emails, letters, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation in HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
