Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for N
on-IT industries
.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, networking, and references
.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality profiles.

Key Skills Required

Proven experience (15 years) in
Non-IT recruitment
.
Strong knowledge of
Naukri Portal, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms
.
Exposure to hiring in
Automotive, Manufacturing, EPC, Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, BFSI
sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements under deadlines.
Strong candidate engagement and database management skills.
