Job Description

Hiring: HR Assistant (

Skills Required:

  • Basic to good knowledge of

    MS Excel & MS Word

  • Good

    communication & coordination skills

  • Willingness to

    learn HR operations, payroll & compliance

  • For experienced candidates: exposure to

    HR operations / apprenticeship handling

    is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    apprentice registration

    on

    NAPS & NATS portals

    (training will be provided for freshers)
  • Verify, upload & maintain

    trainee onboarding documents

  • Prepare and maintain

    traineeemployer contracts & records

  • Collect

    attendance data

    and coordinate with the

    finance team for payroll processing

  • Assist in handling

    payroll-related queries

  • Maintain

    employee/apprentice records

    and support the

    onboarding process

  • Support

    general HR documentation, reports & compliance tasks
