Are you skilled in tender management for road construction, highways, and infrastructure projects?
Join our team as a Tender Specialist and contribute to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects through smart and competitive bidding!
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track tender opportunities on NHAI, PWD, State e-procurement portals, and private platforms.Analyse tender documents, eligibility conditions, BOQs, and project feasibility.Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams to prepare accurate technical & financial bids.Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant tender proposals.Manage client communication, respond to tender clarifications, and support post-bid negotiations.Maintain records of tender submissions, results, and win/loss analysis.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or bid preparation for roads & infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of civil works, road construction, and bridge projects.Knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and e-procurement systems.Excellent documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
