Role & responsibilities

Detailed Job description & responsibilities:

Shortlisting the relevant tenders from various sites including GEM portal
Preparing the tender documents in compliance with the tender requirement both from government & private segment within due date
Promptly responding email enquiries by providing relevant product information & quotations as required.
Providing quotations, marketing literature, samples etc. as maybe required by the sales team
Tracking status of tenders participated, quotations, samples etc.
Qualifying leads from conferences, digital campaigns, references, etc.
Preparing Sales Statements, MIS & Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Maintain and analyse daily reports of Sales personnel
Provide day to day support to sales personnel - make travel bookings, expense reports etc. as required

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently to submit the tenders within the deadline
Strong computer operating skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Exceptional ability to organize & retrieve data
Previous experience of GEM & CRM will be an added advantage
Comfortable talking to new potential customers, on a daily basis
Possesses good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Be punctual, efficient and diligent
