Role & responsibilities

Detailed Job description & responsibilities :

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from conferences, digital campaigns, references, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Working with sales team when closing sale
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Preparing Sales Statements & Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process

1. Maintain and analyse daily reports of Sales personnel

2. Execute and ensure timely dispatch of orders booked by the sales team

3. Provide day to day support to sales personnel - make travel bookings, expense reports, salary computation, attendance tracking, marketing material requirement

4. Maintain and provide summary reports and MIS on a daily, weekly and Monthly basis.

5. Provide samples to sales personnel as required and tracking the customer feedback of the same.

6. Interact with customers on a need basis to settle queries pertaining to order execution and payment receipt.

7. Track sales persons actual versus target performance, appointments, conversion ratio

Preferred candidate profile

. Comfortable talking to new potential customers, on a daily basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers • Persuasive and goal-oriented • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly attitude • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories • Self-motivated and self-directed • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry • Ability to handle rejection and continue trying with a positive attitude • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team • Previous experience in inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
