Responsibilities: Sales Support & Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence. Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing sales materials. Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records with accurate and timely information. Process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate, and coordinating with logistics/dispatch for timely delivery. Prepare and dispatch invoices, quotations, and other sales-related documents. Customer & Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits to the office. Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability. Handle customer complaints or issues, escalating to the sales team or relevant departments when necessary, and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payment statuses. Order Processing & Logistics Coordination: Receive and verify sales orders, ensuring all required information is present and accurate. Coordinate with the inventory, production, or logistics departments to confirm product availability and delivery schedules. Track order status and communicate updates to the sales team and customers. Assist in managing dispatch paperwork and coordinating with transport partners. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and maintain sales reports (e.g., daily sales, weekly sales, lead status, customer feedback). Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, or areas for improvement. Communication & Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments (e.g., Accounts, Production, Service). Communicate clearly and effectively in Marathi and Hindi , which are essential for interacting with local customers and staff. Good English proficiency is required for email correspondence, formal documentation, and broader communication.
