We are seeking a Tender Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process including identifying opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating submissions, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and visiting customer locations pre-tender and post-tender. The role demands strong coordination, document handling, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and identify relevant tenders from online portals, government websites, and other sources. Analyze tender documents including technical specifications, commercial terms, and conditions. Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical and commercial bids in coordination with internal departments. Ensure timely submission of tenders, RFPs, and EOIs with complete accuracy. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of tender status, deadlines, submissions, and responses. Communicate with clients, vendors, and government agencies for clarifications and updates related to tenders. Handle online tender portals like GeM, CPPP, MSTC, eProcurement, etc. Coordinate post-submission processes including follow-ups, award notifications etc. Maintain database of all past and current tenders for internal reference and reporting. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any stream is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in handling tenders, preferably in government industry. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eTendering portals. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
