Job Description

Experience: 0-2 Years

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate to support our Human Resources team at InspironLabs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement. You will work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to help build a strong, people-first culture. The role is 6-month contractual with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance.

Job Responsibilities-

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth induction for new joiners.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs.
Coordinate learning & development sessions and internal communication initiatives.
Support HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR dashboards as needed.
Contribute to HR process improvements and policy implementation
AI & GenAI Focus – Exposure to a tech-driven culture embracing innovation in people operations.
Dynamic Work Culture – Learn from a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
Career Launchpad – Real-world experience to build a strong foundation in HR practices.

Required Skills–

Strong interest in Human Resources and People & Culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of basic HR functions and current trends is a plus.
Familiarity with any HRMS/ATS tool is an added advantage.

Qualifications–

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
