Position Details- Role: HR Manager Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Experience: 7-10 years Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee HR operations, recruitment, and compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with company policies and legal regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with hiring executives to meet hiring needs and drive business growth. Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Manage employee benefits programs, employee relations, and performance management.
