Position Details- Role: HR Manager Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Experience: 7-10 years Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee HR operations, recruitment, and compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with company policies and legal regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with hiring executives to meet hiring needs and drive business growth. Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance. Manage employee benefits programs, employee relations, and performance management. Develop and maintain job descriptions, job specifications, and KPIs for all roles. Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes, including sourcing mix, process adherence, and TAT. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and concepts in talent acquisition and retention. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role. Proven track record of success in HR leadership. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing employee engagement programs, and providing HR support to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity. Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
