Position Details-

Role: HR Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Experience: 7-10 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HR operations, recruitment, and compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring executives to meet hiring needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job specifications, and KPIs for all roles.
  • Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes, including sourcing mix, process adherence, and TAT.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and concepts in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
