Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our HR team and play a key role in driving our organization's recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing employee engagement programs, and providing HR support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee participation and feedback.
  • HR Support:
  • Assist with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Provide HR support to employees and management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
