Job Description: You will be responsible for Recruitment and Hiring by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you may be involved in the initial stages of candidate selection. Key Responsibilities: - Guiding new employees through orientation and providing necessary information about benefits and policies. - Supporting employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. - Helping to explain benefits programs, answer employee questions, and ensure compliance with benefit policies. - Supporting the HR department in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Managing paperwork, maintaining HR systems, and preparing reports. - Providing general administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with HR processes, employment law, and HR software. - Experience working in an HR role or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software. You will be entitled to benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the work location is in person.,
