Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Associate to join our team at Kotak Education Foundation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including benefits administration and employee engagement.
