The selected intern will work closely with the HR team on sourcing candidates, screening profiles, interview coordination, database management, onboarding assistance, and recruitment documentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Source candidates by posting job openings and actively searching on platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic / video screening for suitability and interest level.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, schedule discussions, send reminders, collect feedback, and maintain continuous communication with applicants.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS / Excel / recruitment tracker.
• Assist with onboarding activities, offer documentation, and joining formalities.
• Support HR team in preparing recruitment and reporting documents while ensuring compliance with policies.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation(Any Graduate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn HR software such as ATS.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, teamwork, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
