Senior Tech Recruiter

About the Role

Senior Tech Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for mid–senior technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, DevOps, and emerging technologies.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, LinkedIn outreach, and community engagement.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team culture.
Conduct screening, competency assessments, and interview coordination ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, pipeline quality, conversion rates, etc.).
Drive employer branding initiatives to boost visibility and attract high-quality tech talent.
Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience
in technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong expertise in hiring software engineers, data roles, cloud/DevOps, and product roles.
Exceptional sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and niche tech communities.
Demonstrated ability to close senior and specialized technical roles.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience using ATS platforms and data-driven hiring practices.
A well-developed professional presence on LinkedIn (20K+ connections/following is a plus).

Preferred Skills

Experience working in fast-paced tech startups, IT consulting, or SaaS companies.
Knowledge of modern sourcing tools: GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, AngelList, etc.
Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining quality.
Strong understanding of India tech talent market.
