Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Understand job requirements and match suitable profiles.

Screen candidates through calls to verify skills, experience, and availability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and clients.

Share shortlisted profiles with clients and follow up for feedback.

Maintain candidate trackers and daily recruitment reports.

Manage offer follow-ups and ensure candidate joining.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.

Basic knowledge of IT and Non-IT job roles.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.

Qualification

Any graduate or equivalent preferred.
