Deevita provides flexible working arrangement to hybrid work from home for this role but intermittent office visit may be required during key hiring phases. The executive in this role will handle primarily Software Technical Talent acquisition efforts both lateral, campus hiring but in addition will have to tackle other responsibilities within HR. Responsibilities: Hire Great talent from industry in Information Technology and on campus Full ownership in Hiring from developing JD, sourcing, short listing, phone screen and in person interview Engage candidates during the interview process, offer negotiation, and driving till date of joining and onboarding Engage with hiring agencies to drive hiring for Senior roles Onboarding and training process for new Employees Develop/Update and enforce various policies related to personnel, employee benefits, organization working with management and other stakeholders; prepares, maintains and distributes employee handbook Administration of employees performance and appraisal process Employee development and training program development, management Performs other related duties as required and assigned from time to time. Required Qualifications At least 2+ years of relevant experience in HR Technical Recruitment role primarily driving hiring IT /Software personnel Must have experience in hiring resources in open sources technologies (Java, Python, React JS/Native, etc), Microsoft Technologies including Azure Cloud, DevOps Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and fluently engage with USA clients. Prior experience in similar position is advantageous Must have good working knowledge of Software applications such as database management, word processing, spreadsheet (Microsoft Office), Email /Outlook and calendars BBA/MBA from reputed institute with HR /Operations focus Collaborate effectively with others in the company to achieve roles responsibilities Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business journals, financial reports. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, contractors or members of the business community. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize effectively and handle different type of tasks effectively Proactive with good work ethic, Self-motivated , a confident person to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications · Experience in Hiring resources in advanced technologies AI, GenAI, Machine Learning · Experience in handling onsite/USA hiring and other HR roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Experience: IT Talent Acquisition: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
