Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite team regarding project updates, risks, and deliverables. Manage and resolve client concerns, ensuring a positive client experience. Ensure that any risks to project timelines, costs, or quality are communicated promptly and effectively. Lead, mentor, and motivate off-shore teams to ensure effective collaboration and high performance. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to meet project objectives. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the team. Ensure proper testing, review, and sign-off of deliverables before they are handed over to clients. Maintain high standards of delivery excellence and best practices. Review team performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities and improvements.
