Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements, posting and marketing roles, and maintaining regular communication with candidates. Additional duties include building relationships with candidates, managing recruitment databases, and supporting overall hiring strategies to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
• Strong Recruiting and candidate search abilities
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Experience in IT or technical recruitment is highly desirable
