About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and IT roles.
• Understand technical job descriptions, required skills, and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple roles.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination (recruitment-related only).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of software development roles, engineering skills, and technical terminologies.
• Experience using recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in sourcing niche tech skills.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
