Technical Recruiter

Seeking a Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience hiring for Microsoft technology roles, especially Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, and Dynamics ERP and other technologies too. The recruiter will handle end-to-end hiring and coordinate closely with delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, and ERP and other technology roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, evaluation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely closures. Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical hiring, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics roles.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and related resource requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring timelines.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
