Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Goregaon (Mumbai). The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions. Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior business development managers. Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client and pipeline data. Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and support the achievement of revenue targets. Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with decision-makers and present IT solutions effectively. Basic understanding of IT products, services, or solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Software, etc.). Good analytical and research skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
