Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Goregaon (Mumbai). The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging candidates for technical roles, coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, interviewing candidates, and handling communications throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills Technical Recruiting and Hiring skills Excellent Communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates Experience in IT or cybersecurity recruiting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
